NAKED MD in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll ensure trays are prepared, rooms are ready, and the schedule flows with providers, making every patient experience seamless and elevated.

This role is foundational and highly operational, requiring Friday and Saturday availability. The successful candidate will bring a calm presence, strong organization, reliability, and a team-first attitude, with willingness to learn in aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but a willingness to learn counts.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Uphold every patient’s dignity and right to exceptional care.
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed.
