Job summary

NAKED MD is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator to keep the studio running smoothly and patients cared for with precision and kindness. You’ll prep trays, inventory the studio, and ensure every room reflects a pristine standard, from opening through closing, every shift.

You’ll work behind the scenes to support providers and the front desk, maintain patient documentation, and foster a respectful, patient-centered environment. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and readiness.
• Open and close the studio to standard for each shift, including inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent standard across shifts.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule flowing.
• Support front desk tasks like checking patients in/out and rooming patients.
