Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, willingness to learn counts.
• Ability to maintain inventory, prep trays, and restock accurately.
• Excellent organization and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed
