Job summary

NAKED MD is seeking a diligent Aesthetic Coordinator to orchestrate the patient experience and keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll ensure trays, supplies, and rooms are ready, while supporting front desk operations and provider schedules.

Ideal candidates bring calm professionalism, strong organizational skills, and reliability. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced aesthetics environment with opportunities to grow and learn.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor in a fast-moving aesthetics environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
• Reliability and team-first attitude; willingness to learn.
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio, managing inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards.
• Coordinate provider breaks and ensure schedule flows.
• Support front desk and check-in/out; assist as needed.
• Document patient records with before/after photos and treatment notes.
