Job summary

NAKED MD in the United States is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow and flawless operations across the studio.

You will prep and verify trays, open/close the studio, manage inventory, support the front desk, and coordinate provider breaks. Full-time or part-time roles available, including Friday and Saturday shifts, with annual base salary range of $47k–$66k.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard, including inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent standard across shifts.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so schedules never stall.
• Support front desk tasks like check-in/out and patient rooming as needed.
