Qualifications

• Must have precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.
• Ability to manage front desk tasks and assist concierge as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so schedules run smoothly.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation including charts, before/after photos, and treatment records.
• Support front desk and concierge—check patients in/out and room patients.
