Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and patient care mindset.
• Licensing is optional but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify procedure trays with precision and readiness.
• Open/close studio operations, including inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards.
• Coordinate provider breaks and keep daily goals aligned.
• Support front desk and patient check-in/check-out as needed.
