LA ViE MD is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-growing medical spa. As the first and last contact, you will guide clients from inquiry to ongoing care, promoting services and memberships with a consultative approach.

You will blend client experience, sales, operations, marketing, and business development to create an elevated patient journey and drive revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years in sales or client service, ideally in aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness.
• Interest in aesthetics or wellness industry.
• Clear written and verbal communication to clients, vendors, teammates.
• Team-minded approach with a focus on patient-first service.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a warm, welcoming environment.
• Positive, proactive problem solving when challenges arise.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable and motivated to contribute to team success.

• Convert leads into consultations and treatment packages to drive revenue.
• Provide a warm, polished patient experience from check-in to check-out.
• Build relationships with clients and guide care journeys; follow up post-visit.
