Job summary

La Vie MD in Danville is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to deliver an elevated patient experience. You will greet clients, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and educate patients on skincare and wellness services.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of aesthetics or wellness clinic experience, is sales minded, and communicates clearly. This on-site role offers hourly pay from $21 to $50 plus 5% commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetics or wellness clinics.
• Comfortable with sales, upselling and patient education.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an elevated patient experience.
• Answer calls, texts, and inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and wellness services.
• Support sales of skincare, packages, and treatments.
• Maintain front desk, retail area, and patient flow.
• Assist with social media content and clinic marketing when needed.
• Keep scheduling systems and patient leads updated.
• Support provider and team throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment.
