Job summary

Naked MD in Nashville is seeking an organized Aesthetic Coordinator to support patient flow and front-desk tasks. You will prepare procedure trays, manage inventory, and keep rooms clean and compliant with high standards.

You will coordinate provider breaks, monitor supplies, and ensure accurate patient documentation while upholding patient dignity and a positive experience for every client. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• In aesthetics or medical settings experience is a plus, and a willingness to learn counts.
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation and charting is essential.
• License holders in MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standardize each shift and perform inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high, uniform standard.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
