Job summary

NAKED MD is looking for an Aesthetic Coordinator to keep the patient experience running smoothly. You’ll ensure trays, rooms, and schedules are ready, on time, and meticulously organized for every provider and patient.

This fully on-site role in California offers an essential operational position, supporting front desk tasks and maintaining documentation while upholding dignity and exceptional care for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard each shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule stays on track.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation including charting and before/after photos.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or the tray)
• Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is aplus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is aplus— not required
