Candela Corporation seeks a field sales professional to promote the Glace product line and related consumables to physicians. You will drive territory sales by presenting product benefits, ROI, and conducting demonstrations with Clinical Educators.

Education: BA/BS preferred; Experience: 1–3 years in capital equipment or B2B sales; dermatology/aesthetics experience preferred. Travel 25–50% is expected. Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, and conferences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in capital equipment or B2B sales.
• Experience with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, or aesthetics preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high Glace sales quarterly.
• Advise clinicians on product benefits and ROI.
• Prospect and identify new accounts.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline.
• Maintain quarterly revenue targets for qualified opportunities.
• Identify new accounts actively investing in new technology.
• Schedule Glace demos with Clinical Educator.
• Present Glace professionally and ethically.
• Engage with physicians and laser users.
• Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences.
• Support clinical and marketing with insights.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on forecasts.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up-to-date.
