Job summary

Cartessa Aesthetics is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Richmond, VA area. You will install, align, calibrate, and repair aesthetic lasers and devices, provide front-line technical support, and help improve service practices.

Requires an Associate degree in Electronics/Laser Technology, 1–2 years of field service experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% regionally with some national travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics or photonics.
• Experience with laser technology and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Install, align, calibrate, and repair aesthetic lasers and devices
• Improve technical skills and mastery of Cartessa products
• Collaborate with service team to improve practices and customer experience
