Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a hands‑on Business Development Manager to lead a defined Seattle territory. You will grow provider accounts, introduce new Hydrafacial treatments, and drive revenue through ROI-backed business plans.

You’ll train providers, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and travel up to 75% to events and client locations. A strong background in aesthetics sales and ROI storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years account management in the aesthetics market (derm, plastics, med-spa).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Experience building business cases to drive patient volume and revenue.
• Ability to forecast, upsell, and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined provider territory for Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems.
• Develop individualized business plans to drive patient volume and practice revenue.
• Drive upgrades and device purchases through ROI-based analysis.
• Provide hands‑on clinical and business training to providers.
