Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage a defined provider territory and maximize clinical and commercial potential. You will drive revenue through new product introductions, booster programs, and strategic planning with aesthetic practices.

The role requires deep sales acumen, travel up to 75%, and the ability to train staff on product usage and protocols. A strong track record in aesthetics sales is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience selling into the aesthetics market (dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Proven success building a business around a clinical product or device.
• Experience developing tools, processes, and programs to drive patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of provider accounts for Hydrafacial and the SkinHealth Systems treatment platform; introduce new products and boosters to increase utilization and orders.
• Develop individualized business plans with customers to drive patient volume and increase practice revenue.
• Drive upgrades within the existing customer base by identifying growth opportunities and building ROI-based business cases.
• Utilize trunk stock to increase booster penetration and expand treatment protocol adoption.
• Deliver hands-on clinical and business training to providers and staff.
