Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage a defined territory of provider accounts and drive clinical and commercial growth. You will introduce new Hydrafacial products, protocols, and boosters to increase utilization and reorder rates.

You will partner with customers to build ROI-based business plans, drive patient volume, and expand Hydrafacial's brand presence across accounts while traveling up to 75% for in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of account management experience in aesthetics (cash-pay) markets such as dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate ROI and value proposition effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of provider accounts for Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems.
• Develop individualized business plans to drive patient volume and revenue.
• Drive upsell of second-system and trade-up devices within existing customers.
• Provide hands-on clinical and business training to providers and staff.
• Maintain daily documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute territory strategies.
• Represent Hydrafacial at events and trade shows.
