Job summary

SG Aesthetics NY in Brooklyn, NY seeks a warm, organized Patient Coordinator to greet patients from inquiry to treatment day and ensure a smooth journey in a fast-paced aesthetics practice.

You will manage calls, emails, appointments, educate patients on treatments, and coordinate with clinicians while maintaining confidentiality and a patient-first approach; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in patient coordination or medical reception.
• Experience in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability in a busy clinic.
• Familiar with scheduling software and EHR systems.
• Sales-oriented with a patient-first approach.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments.
• Manage patient records and intake forms with confidentiality.
• Support treatment conversions by building rapport.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Handle billing inquiries and financing options.
