Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first and last impression for clients, ensuring a warm, professional experience from arrival to checkout. You will support consultations, scheduling, follow-up, and patient education in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently with clients, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable discussing treatments and services in a consultative manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or patient-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to educate clients and support sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability 5 days per week with alternating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and professional experience for clients from arrival through checkout.
• Greet clients warmly and help them feel comfortable and supported.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and team members.
• Support client consultations by listening to client goals and connecting them with appropriate services.
• Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, products, and services.
• Support scheduling, follow-up, patient outreach, and retention efforts.
• Promote treatments and products through a consultative, educational approach.
• Help the practice meet client experience, sales, and growth goals.
• Handle sensitive client and business information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Stay aligned with the vision, values, and service standards of the practice.
