Job summary

LightRx Medspa in Orland Park, IL seeks an Aesthetic Sales Clinic Director to lead daily operations and drive clinic performance. You will conduct consultations, close sales, and expand revenue while mentoring clinicians and front-desk staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer-focused communication, and strategic upselling to maximize clinic growth. Weekend availability is required, with hours Sat 10-3 and Mon-Fri 9-6.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience in Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa industries.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Two or more years managing a successful sales team.
• Weekend availability is a must (Sat 10-3 open, Mon-Fri 9-6).

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations to describe services and skincare line with expert knowledge.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, overcoming objections, arranging financing.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products/services.
• Upsell additional products/services to improve client retention.
• Recommend new products by evaluating current treatment processes.
