Job summary

Advanced Life Clinic, part of the Princeton MedSpa Partners network, seeks a dynamic Clinic Manager with direct experience in the medical aesthetics, med spa, or dermatology industry to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

This role requires a visible, hands-on leadership presence with daily onsite support at the clinic, engaging with providers, staff and clients to implement策略 and uphold high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience within medical aesthetics or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry, treatments, patient experience, and operations.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving performance.
• Experience driving sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Ability to review financial performance, KPIs, and clinic metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily at the clinic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support clinic employees to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to staff.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure SOPs and compliance.
• Assess performance and ensure execution of clinical and service standards.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, provider utilization, and efficiency.
• Drive sales strategies to hit targets and improve profitability.
• Review P&L and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing talent with HR.
• Provide training and performance management for staff.
• Monitor market trends and partner with marketing for growth.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and gather feedback.
• Maintain safety, service excellence, retention, and relationships.
• Manage budgets and expenses; improve efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare updates on sales, operations, staffing, and insights.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
