Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa industries.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional patient experience.
• Close sales by advising clients on services and products, addressing objections and financing options.
• Expand sales by introducing new products and services and building client retention.
• Oversee front desk duties and maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
• Develop and motivate the clinical team to achieve targets.
