Skin Pharm TX LLC in Charlotte, NC is hiring a full-time Client Coordinator to join our Admin team. You will manage front desk operations, check patients in/out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule appointments.

You will handle phones, perform various admin tasks, keep the front area welcoming, and assist with product displays. A passion for aesthetics helps you educate patients and make confident recommendations. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for daily patient interactions.
• Proficient in office software and data entry for payments and records.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Provide product and service information to patients.
• Process payments and enter data into electronic records.
• Answer phones and perform a variety of administration tasks.
