Qualifications

• Background in aerospace manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on custom aerospace parts.
• Fabricate and assemble components from CNC-derived stock.
• Interpret and work from detailed blueprints for accurate fabrication.
• Prepare and fit parts for welding with proper alignment and tolerances.
• Inspect welds and fabrications to meet aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with production and machining teams to coordinate workflow.
• Maintain welding and fabrication equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing environment.
