Job summary

Enjet Aero in Huber Heights, OH seeks a TIG welder with strong aerospace welding experience to produce precision parts using TIG processes. Position is 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm–2:30 am with a 20% shift differential; minimum 5 years aerospace welding required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years aerospace welding experience with Inconel, Stainless Steel and Titanium.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work in a customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Weld using TIG equipment.
• Deburr parts using handheld tools.
• Clean and wash parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debris.
• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations.
• Inspect completed parts with micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and document issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and supervisors.
