Job summary

StandardAero is hiring a Welder in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves working with GTAW and resistance welding to repair a variety of parts, following shop drawings and process specifications. You will read blueprints, operate metal shaping equipment, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

We value hands-on experience with aerospace welding, safety adherence, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• 3+ years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for ~25% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts from shop drawings to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and bending equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes.
• Cross train in other skills to support production.
• Observe all applicable safety requirements.
