Job summary

RTX is seeking motivated graduates to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP) in the United States. You will rotate through three disciplines within Pratt & Whitney, focusing on validation planning, assembly, test, and safety engineering for aerospace engines.

The program spans 2.5 years with 12- and 9-month rotations designed to build breadth and depth in engineering disciplines, preparing you for impactful contributions in aviation and defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Data Science or STEM major.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Willing to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
• Prior internship with Pratt & Whitney or Raytheon Technologies companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with collaboration and initiative.
• Passion for learning about aviation and aerospace.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
• Eager to learn, contribute a fresh perspective, and share knowledge.
