Job summary

RTX is offering an internship-to-full-time opportunity in East Hartford, CT, focused on aerospace engine development within Pratt & Whitney. The Engineering Development Program provides rotations designed to broaden technical breadth and depth.

As part of the program, you will work on engine test support, data analysis, and validation across product lines, with travel and possible weekend work, aiming to transition to full-time upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Science & Technology obtained by start date.
• Experience in a mechanical / aero test environment or engine data analysis.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide test and validation support across PW product lines using engineering tools and data acquisition.
• Coordinate test plans, instrumentation needs, data analysis, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as needed for testing and site visits.
