Job summary

Pratt & Whitney within RTX offers opportunities for interns, co-ops and early-career engineers to participate in the Engineering Development Program in East Hartford, CT. You will contribute to engine validation planning, assembly and testing to ensure compliance with customer, quality and safety requirements.

The program comprises three rotations (12 months - 9 months - 9 months) across disciplines, designed to broaden technical experience and support aerospace innovation.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or higher in STEM field by start date.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the year domestically and internationally.
