Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, invites applications for an Engineering Development Program internship/full-time track in East Hartford, CT. The role focuses on providing engineering support for engine tests, developing procedures, and validating propulsion systems across commercial, military, and industrial lines.

The program spans rotations and aims to build breadth and depth in technical experience, with opportunities to contribute to test plans, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Science & Technology obtained by start date.
• Experience in a mechanical / aero test environment or engine data analysis.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for development engine tests and functional validation across the P&W product lines, focusing on engine systems understanding and validation.
• Coordinate test plans, instrumentation requirements, data management and post-test analysis.
• Interact with EDSI Systems Analysis Groups and related teams to ensure propulsion systems meet requirements.
