Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Customer Account Manager for the Type Certificate group, based on-site in Creedmoor, NC. You will work under the Type Certificate Program Manager to support TC tasks and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (3+ years experience) and proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and data-entry systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in relevant work experience.
• Experience in cross-functional matrix organizations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate business records.
• Ability to use or learn manufacturing and business systems.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Excel and Smartsheet proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to all correspondence and status requests; attend regular meetings to support TC tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure TC program success.
• Manage new TC customer account setup, vetting, and credit control queries.
• Submit and manage compliance paperwork and inquiries.
• Coordinate monthly customer meetings and follow-ups.
• Support daily production meetings with updates and action tracking.
• Manage Customer Portal and CRM documentation of changes.
