Job summary

Ontic Creedmoor seeks a Customer Account Manager in Creedmoor, NC to serve as the primary contact for OEM customers and manage a portfolio of accounts. You will coordinate pricing, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery commitments while working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

This role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 3+ years relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and organizing information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of OEM customer relationships and serve as a key contact while supporting sales plans.
• Coordinate pricing, RFQ responses, and proposals with Estimating to support timely responses.
• Handle purchase orders, revisions, and customer requirements, updating CRM records.
• Coordinate sales order reviews, onboarding activities, and account documentation for efficient processing.
• Monitor order backlogs, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments; communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate across teams to address delivery challenges and support performance metrics.
