Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Customer Account Manager for the Type Certificate group. This onsite role in Creedmoor, NC reports to the TC Program Manager and requires cross-functional collaboration across teams and customers.

Responsibilities include managing new TC customer accounts, compliance paperwork, and monthly meetings while ensuring accurate records and timely communication. Aerospace familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to correspondence and status requests; attend TC tasks meetings.
• Work with cross functional teams and customers to ensure TC program support.
• Set up new TC customer accounts and handle vetting/credit queries.
• Submit compliance paperwork and inquiries; track actions.
• Coordinate monthly customer meetings and production updates.
• Attend daily production meetings and support quality efforts.
• Manage Customer Portal and review purchase orders.
• Utilize CRM to document changes and requirements; coordinate payments.
