Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative for its Chatsworth, CA site. The role oversees daily customer interactions, resolves inquiries, and supports audits, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and compliance with EAR/ITAR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace customer service.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries.
• Support customer or agency audits as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Respond to quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, returns and warranties.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to answer customer questions and manage backlog.
