• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree highly desired.
• 7+ years’ aerospace/aviation sales experience.
• Proven experience selling to airlines, business aviation operators, MROs, OEMs, or government aviation organizations.
• Experience with avionics, aircraft systems, connectivity solutions, or aviation software products.
• Established relationships with airline engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Strong technical sales acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Proven ability to manage and close complex, long‑cycle deals.
• Structured, data‑driven approach to pipeline and opportunity management.
• Willingness to travel (~50%) and strong personal accountability – required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of airline, operator, OEM, and partner accounts.
• Build and execute account plans focused on expansion and retention.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales opportunities from qualification to close.
• Translate operational challenges into clear technical and commercial solutions.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to shape customer‑driven offerings.
• Maintain an accurate, data‑driven pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and support contract negotiations.
• Build credibility with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, program, and customer teams.
• Represent Teledyne at industry events and customer‑facing engagements.
