Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support lunar exploration, spacecraft development, and space operations programs. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for aerospace, engineering, software, and manufacturing roles, sourcing and screening top talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop strong pipelines, and leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in technical/engineering settings.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, space programs.
• Familiarity with federal contracting and government-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting across engineering and technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates; build strong pipelines.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
