Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support lunar exploration, spacecraft development, and space operations programs. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for aerospace, engineering, software, and manufacturing roles, sourcing and screening top talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop strong pipelines, and leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our lunar exploration, spacecraft development, and space operations programs. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of engineering and technical disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent in support of mission-critical aerospace programs. The Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for highly specialized aerospace, engineering, software, and manufacturing roles. They will source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent while building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or engineering positions.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, spaceflight, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical environments.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering disciplines.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ADP or Workday
• Experience recruiting for NASA, aerospace, defense, or space exploration programs.
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as avionics, propulsion, embedded software, systems engineering, GNC, and spacecraft operations.
• Knowledge of federal contracting and government-funded programs.
• Prior experience supporting high-growth technology or aerospace organizations.
