Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a pipeline of engineering talent for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, assess technical fit, and guide offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting in aerospace/defense.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, software and other engineering roles.
• Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and recruit accordingly.
• Source, identify and engage top technical candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude for complex engineering roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and promote CesiumAstro value proposition.
• Lead full cycle recruitment from screening to offers and negotiations.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pool.
• Support additional functions within a high-growth startup when needed.
