CesiumAstro is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to build and manage a high-quality candidate pipeline for engineering and executive roles in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving offers while promoting CesiumAstro’s value proposition. Strong technical aptitude is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience recruiting across multiple engineering domains is preferred.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify and engage top-tier candidates for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support and Executive roles.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude for complex engineering positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from screening to offers.
• Use diverse sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pool.
• Support additional functions in a high-growth startup.
