You will source, evaluate, and hire across Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support, and Executive roles; partner with hiring managers to craft targeted strategies; manage multiple requisitions and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive roles.
• Strong networking and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers based on technical requirements.
• Source, identify and engage top-tier candidates for multiple roles across departments.
• Assess technical ability and cultural fit for engineering and related roles.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and make recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offers, using diverse sourcing methods.
• Utilize job boards, social media, industry conferences, and networking events.
