Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build a pipeline of top talent for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire across Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support and Executive roles, leveraging diverse sourcing channels and a strong assessment process.

The role requires a technical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive roles.
• Strong networking and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and offering negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify and engage top-tier candidates for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support, and Executive roles.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude for complex engineering positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and make recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
