Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years in supply chain, supplier quality, procurement or operations in manufacturing.
• Experience leading supplier recovery, CAPA, root cause analysis (5Why, Fishbone) and performance improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration; ability to lead without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead recovery on supplier delivery issues and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate supplier audits with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 25% to supplier sites.
• Develop and implement supplier scorecards and KPI reporting.
• Interface with all levels and report to Site Supply Chain Manager.
• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA management.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery and sub-tier management.
