Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Sr Software Eng Manager to lead and mentor software teams delivering advanced aerospace software. You will align deliverables with business goals and customer requirements, reporting to senior leadership in a hybrid Phoenix-based role.

You will oversee software development processes, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and drive innovation while building a diverse, high-performing team capable of handling complex programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as STEM.
• 6+ years in software engineering management, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and project management.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python and embedded software experience.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards such as DO-178C and safety-critical practices.
