Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this hybrid role emphasizes collaboration, system integration, and rigorous verification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Avionics, Navigation and Airborne Surveillance systems.
• Adept in systems integration, testing procedures and reviews.
• Ability to manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Owns systems engineering development across the full life cycle.
• Lead customer interactions and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Develop, validate, integrate or verify systems/software requirements.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee integration and testing to meet performance and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
