Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, technology, or math.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to export control.
• Strong expertise in schematic capture, hardware testing, and design verification.
• In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging tools, and aerospace standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design from concept through production.
• Define hardware requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB design support, and hardware validation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
