Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5+ years hardware engineering experience
• Knowledge of hardware design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with schematic capture, hardware testing methodologies, and design verification
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency per export control/ITAR requirements
• Analytical skills in analog/digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging tools, and aerospace standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems from concept through production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and ensure integration with software and systems engineering
• Perform schematic capture, PCB design support, and hardware validation for performance and reliability
• Conduct debugging and root-cause analysis during development and qualification phases
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support continuous improvement
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Stay current with emerging hardware technologies to drive innovation
