Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for aircraft systems products and engineering functions. You will define technical direction, drive integration and certification efforts, and mentor engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional execution across systems, software, hardware, safety, and certification

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of aerospace systems engineering, avionics development, aircraft integration, or related engineering disciplines.
• 2 years’ experience with system requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of aircraft systems products and engineering functions.
• Own assigned product areas and drive technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across systems, software, hardware, safety, and certification.
• Develop system requirements, architectures, and integration strategies.
• Lead verification, validation, and certification activities and manage risks.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering execution.
