Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in California is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle within an Integrated Product Team. You will perform Agile development, embedded system programming, software integration and testing across mission systems.
On-site at San Diego or El Segundo with up to 25% travel; active Top Secret clearance is required. Candidates should have a STEM degree and SDLC experience, with proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline; SDLC experience required.
- Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with C, C++, Java, and/or Python.
- Experience with Agile development, OOP, embedded systems, software integration and testing.
- Experience with at least two of Jira, GitLab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity, or Black Duck.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop software across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform Agile software development, object-oriented programming, embedded system programming, software integration, and testing.
- Work on software for aerospace and mission systems.
- Collaborate within an Integrated Product Team.
