Job summary

FDH Aero in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and own the full sales cycle for designated accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, qualify needs, prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and ensure accurate orders and delivery while coordinating with internal teams.

You will also maintain CRM records, forecast monthly, monitor profitability, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet KPIs and growth targets across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or a related sales role.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate value to customers.
• Excellent pipeline management and territory growth.
• Proven ability in value selling, proposal creation, and need identification.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process within assigned accounts and geography.
• Qualify needs, prepare quotes, negotiate and fulfill orders.
• Achieve the annual sales quota for assigned accounts.
• Qualify leads from SDR and drive to closed deals.
• Coordinate administrative tasks with order entry and management teams.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, interactions, and pipeline.
• Forecast monthly and report variances; monitor profitability.
• Collaborate with BDMs for pricing and strategy; work with internal teams.
