Parker Aerospace seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations within the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. You will supervise inspectors, drive corrective actions, analyze trends, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve product quality and process capability.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, ASQ certification, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, and IATF 16949.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• ASQ certification preferred or required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5 Why, fishbone analysis, or other structured problem-solving methods expected.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily quality operations within the assigned value stream to ensure product conformity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with requirements.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop inspection personnel and other Quality Department staff.
• Coordinate daily inspection activities and prioritize workload to support production schedules.
• Monitor quality performance, nonconformances, scrap, and cost-of-quality indicators.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Assist containment actions and disposition of nonconforming material.
