Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Division Supply Chain Quality Engineer to support the Aerospace Group supplier improvement strategy. You will review supplier capabilities, ensure contract compliance, monitor quality and delivery performance, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing to drive zero-defect outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of AS9100/Nadcap, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and GD&T, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering or a technical field.
• Experience with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing is a plus.
• 5-7 years in Supplier Quality or aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, APQP/PPAP processes.
• Experience with aerospace Zero Defect concepts.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier capabilities and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor supplier quality and delivery against scorecards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality parts delivered on time at fair price.
• Lead supplier prequalification/qualification activities.
• Assist with New Product Development and design changes.
• Perform or oversee source inspections and PPAP-related activities.
• Support supplier work transfer and audits as needed.
• Maintain supplier quality records and support regulatory audits.
